WHAT WE PUBLISH
Research reports, with the reasoning attached.
We publish written research on listed securities — a rating, the analysis behind it, and a stop-loss level. What you do with it is your decision, taken on your own assessment of your finances.
SERVICES
Three things we produce
All of it is research, distributed to every eligible client at the same time. No early access, no tiered signals, no private calls ahead of publication.
01
Research reports
Written reports on listed securities, built on technical and fundamental analysis of publicly available information.
- Rating with documented rationale
- Stop-loss level for each security
- Reviewed before distribution
- Conflicts disclosed within the report
02
Model portfolios
Where issued, securities and weightings are set on a research-driven methodology aligned to market and sector views at the time.
- Detailed rationale on issue
- Monitored and updated as needed
- Not tailored to your financial goals
- Assess risk against your own profile
03
Market commentary
General market and sector views, plus educational discussion, shared in group formats to all clients together.
- Group format only
- Educational, not personalised
- Follow the instructions given in group calls
- Personal queries on calls are not taken
Investment horizon
Unless a report states otherwise, our recommendations are intended for a 12-month investment horizon. Ratings are based on absolute returns, positive or negative, and should be interpreted in that light. We may revise or withdraw a rating on reassessment of valuation, market events, or lack of clarity — and we are under no obligation to notify you of a change of opinion.
NOT PART OF THIS SERVICE
What you will not get from us
A research analyst registration does not permit these. Anyone offering them under our name is not us.
RATINGS EXPLAINED
What each rating actually means
Every report carries one of these. Read the definition before acting — “hold” and “book profit” in particular are often misread.
Follow the group call, not your own reading of it
Adhere strictly to the instructions given in our group calls. Personal enquiries about buy, sell and hold may lead to unintended losses if the group recommendation is not followed. Open positions without a defined stop-loss or target carry higher risk, and futures and options more so.
RESEARCH RATIONALE
How a security gets selected
Selection is research-driven, combining technical indicators with fundamental analysis. Nothing here relies on private information or on anything you cannot check yourself.
- Technical indicators Price and volume behaviour read alongside RSI and MACD, to establish trend and momentum.
- Fundamental analysis The technical view is tested against reported company fundamentals, using data-informed analysis.
- Directional view Recommendations follow the bullish or bearish sentiment derived from the analysed parameters.
- Stop-loss for each security A stop-loss is set for every security, guided by the same parameters, to limit exposure to loss.
Sources. Brokers’ charts and platforms that leverage exchange data, along with regulatory and company websites. Daily closing charts covering three years or more are publicly available at charting.nseindia.com and charting.bseindia.com — you can check any call we make against them. Our research process is occasionally supported by AI and algorithmic tools; the risks that carries are set out in our disclosure page.
FEES
What we may charge, and the ceiling on it
SEBI caps what any research analyst can charge an individual or HUF client. That cap applies to us, and it is worth knowing before you discuss any package.
- Applies to individual and HUF clients. The limit does not apply to a non-individual client or an accredited investor.
- Statutory charges are separate. The cap covers our fees, not taxes and government levies.
- Advance fees are limited. We may charge in advance if you agree, but not beyond the period SEBI stipulates — presently one year.
- Pro-rata refund on early exit. If services end early, by your decision or ours, you may seek a refund of proportionate fees for the unexpired period.
- Other businesses are separate. Fees for third-party products, educational services or consultancy are not research service fees and do not count towards this cap.
PAYMENT
How to pay us safely
Pay only through our official website or verified channels. Payments to a personal account or an unauthorised third party will not be acknowledged, and no liability arises from them.
Cash is not accepted, under any circumstances. No third party or employee is authorised to offer a return guarantee. If anyone does, report it to our compliance officer and to SEBI immediately — engaging with such a person, or accepting a return guarantee without informing us, leaves us unable to accept liability for what follows.
GETTING STARTED
How onboarding works
Four steps, in this order. Nothing is charged until the terms are shared and KYC is complete.
- Read the terms first Terms of research services are shared with you, along with the MITC, disclosures and client consent.
- KYC KYC is completed for fee-paying clients and verified with the KRA. Details must be true, complete and current.
- Choose research or distribution You cannot receive research and distribution services from the same group or family. Pick one at onboarding.
- Pay and start receiving reports Fees are paid through a verified channel. Reports then reach you at the same time as every other client.
