Send a message

We use what you send only to answer your query. See our privacy policy. We will never ask for your trading, demat or bank login credentials, or an OTP.
IF WE DO NOT RESOLVE IT
Escalating past us
Contact us first — but if 7 working days pass without resolution, or our response does not satisfy you, take it to SEBI. You do not need our permission or our involvement to do that.
- Raise it with us Email or call, with what happened and what you want resolved. We aim to close it within 7 working days, and no later than 21 days as committed in the Investor Charter.
- File on SEBI SCORES SEBI’s centralised complaint system, with a two-level review — first by BSE as the designated body, then by SEBI: scores.sebi.gov.in
- Go to SMART ODR Online dispute resolution through conciliation or arbitration, if you remain dissatisfied after SCORES: smartodr.in
SEBI toll-free helpline 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575
Full escalation matrix Contact details for each level are published on our grievance redressal page.
IMPERSONATION
Four things we will never do
If someone using our name does any of these, they are impersonating us. Report it — and tell us, so we can flag it to SEBI and to the platform hosting it.
- Ask for your trading, demat or bank login credentials, or an OTP
- Promise assured, guaranteed or fixed returns
- Ask you to pay into a personal account, or accept cash
- Offer one-on-one trading calls or execute a trade for you
Before paying anyone, verify the registration on SEBI’s register and the details on SEBI Check. Our full guidance is on the fraud awareness page.
