Agreement and acceptance
By using this website and its services, users agree to abide by all terms established by the owner, Arvind Maruti Desai, Proprietor of Samarth Trade. These terms are binding for all clients and visitors.
Eligibility and service coverage

Intellectual property and use
All content and intellectual property on this site are owned by the owner and cannot be redistributed or reproduced without explicit written consent.
Client obligations and registration
Clients are required to provide accurate information during registration, and must maintain the confidentiality of their login and payment details.
Payment terms and refunds
- a.Clients agree to pay the specified fees for services, as outlined at the time of purchase.
- b.Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for unused services. Services already utilised are non-refundable.

We are committed to providing reliable and accurate research reports and recommendations to registered clients. Each report undergoes a thorough review by the research analyst before distribution, to ensure correctness and prevent misleading statements.
Research report terms and conditions
- a.The recommendations provided in a report are based on publicly available information we believe to be reliable and accurate at the time of publication.
- b.Unless otherwise stated, our recommendations are intended for a 12-month investment horizon.
- c.Ratings provided are based on absolute returns, positive or negative, and should be interpreted accordingly.
- d.Security prices may fluctuate due to market volatility or company-specific events, and returns may vary dramatically over time.
- e.We reserve the right to revise or withdraw ratings due to reassessment of valuation, market events, or lack of clarity.
- f.Opinions expressed are subject to change without notice, and we are under no obligation to inform clients of such changes.
- g.Clients are advised to carefully assess market risks, including the possibility of partial or permanent capital loss.
- h.There is no scope for refunding losses incurred from acting on any research report or commentary.
- i.While pro-rata refunds may be considered for subscriptions due to dissatisfaction, these are not tied to investment outcomes.
- j.Arvind Maruti Desai, Proprietor of Samarth Trade, along with associates and affiliates, expressly disclaims any liability for loss or damages arising from unintentional errors or omissions in any information or recommendations contained in the research reports.
- k.All reports, including third-party reports, are carefully reviewed prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy and to avoid misleading statements.
- l.A daily closing chart of securities is available at charting.nseindia.com and charting.bseindia.com.
- m.The view on securities is based on both technical and fundamental analysis.
- n.We adhere strictly to the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and do not offer investment advisory or portfolio management services.
- o.All participants must follow the instructions provided during our group calls. We do not offer any one-on-one investment or trading services, as this is against research analyst regulations.
- p.Personal queries related to group calls will not be entertained. Members are responsible for their own profits and losses.

- 10.Third-party reports. Third-party research reports, where used, are reviewed to ensure that no untrue statements of material fact or misleading information are included.
No profit guarantee and risk disclaimer
- 1.All research and recommendations do not guarantee profits or specific results. Financial markets involve inherent risks, and services are offered on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranties.
- 2.Clients are solely responsible for their investment decisions and any resulting profits or losses. The owner and this website are not liable for market outcomes, losses, or damages that may arise from using the service.
- 3.Clients must read and accept all associated risks, service details, disclosures, disclaimers, refund policy, MITC, Investor Charter and client consent before using any service or acting on a recommendation.
KYC requirement
This requirement is in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and is aimed at protecting investor interests.
Any inaccuracies or discrepancies in retrieving KYC from the KRA agency will result in immediate termination of research services, and removal from the group without prior notice.

Other business activities
- 1.Research activities are managed independently from all other business operations, in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations.
- 2.Third-party products, educational services and consultancy activities are conducted separately from research analyst business operations.
- 3.Fees collected from these independently managed businesses are not considered fees for research services, and do not count towards the SEBI fee cap for research services.
Indemnification and liability
Users agree to indemnify the owner against losses or legal claims that may arise from their use or misuse of this website, or any violation of these terms.
Cancellations and modifications
The owner reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for staying informed of any updates, which are published on this page.
Legal jurisdiction
Legal jurisdiction for any matter arising from these terms is Pune, Maharashtra.
SEBI advises investors to exercise extreme caution
- 1.Verify the registration of entities before investing, at sebi.gov.in/intermediaries.html.
- 2.Carry out transactions only through authentic trading apps of SEBI-registered intermediaries, after verification at investor.sebi.gov.in/Investor-support.html.

We are committed to delivering research and support services with professionalism, transparency and regulatory compliance. Where a client is genuinely dissatisfied due to unforeseen circumstances, they may contact our support team for redressal.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The policy in short
Refunds are governed by the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations. They relate to the service period you have not used — never to how an investment performed.
Refundable
- Fees for the unexpired period of a subscription, issued on a pro-rata basis, as required by SEBI RA Regulations
- Proportionate fees where research services are terminated early, by you or by us
- Cases of genuine dissatisfaction arising from unforeseen circumstances, taken up with our support team
Not refundable
- Services that have already been utilised
- Long-term investment services and basket portfolio services
- Losses incurred on investments made on the basis of research reports — these cannot be claimed under any circumstances
- Anything tied to market performance or investment outcome
While we strive to provide quality recommendations, our research reports carry no assurance of profit or return. Refunds are unrelated to market performance or investment outcomes.

- Understand that losses incurred on the basis of research reports cannot be claimed under any circumstances.
